Electronic product panel injection molding is a common process for producing electronic product panels. Injection molding is generally divided into the following steps:

5. Cooling and solidification: During the injection molding process, the cooling system circulates the cooling heat transfer medium to cool and solidify the molten plastic in the mold into solid plastic.

6. Mold opening and demoulding: After the plastic is completely cooled and solidified, open the mold and take out the injection molded product.

7. Inspection and shaping: Check the injection molded products, such as surface quality, size, shape, etc., and carry out necessary trimming and shaping.
